Generic functions for time manipulation functions for manipulating dates and times, including functions for determining what time it is and conversion between different time representations. This includes APIs for standard C library with time and date-related functions. This library includes the following functionalities:

• Date/time-format conversion functions

• Minimal subset of the Posix realtime library (librt). Limited functionality available through Symbian OS

• Time-locale related functions
