City guide: Reach the restoration limit

In this scenario, a consumer re-installed the device firmware and wants to restore city guides that were purchased earlier. However, the consumer has reached a limit that you have imposed.

The consumer must re-purchase the guides.


To see the app's catalog of guides that can be purchased, the consumer presses the Buy more city guides button.	If the consumer is not signed in, the app cannot determine if guides were previously purchased so the app displays the option Don't see your purchased guides?. In this scenario, the consumer taps this option, and provides a Nokia Store password.	The app now knows who the consumer is, retrieves a list of the previously purchased items from the back-end server, then displays them. The consumer chooses to restore all the items in one go.	The app checks the restoration policies and cannot restore one or all of the selected guides. The app explains why, then re-displays the catalog of guides so that the consumer can repurchase them.
