City guide: Get help

In this scenario, the consumer wants to check the policies for restoring purchases.

The consumer earlier purchased city guides on their device. Now the consumer wants to re-install the device firmware, but is afraid of not being able to restore the guides. Because the app does not use Nokia's built-in DRM protection, the publisher (you) sets the restoration policy. The consumer wants to learn the app's restoration policies and looks for this information from the help menu.
