City guide: Get help

In this scenario, the consumer wants to check the policies for restoring purchases.

The consumer earlier purchased city guides on their device. Now the consumer wants to re-install the device firmware, but is afraid of not being able to restore the guides. Because the app does not use Nokia's built-in DRM protection, the publisher (you) sets the restoration policy. The consumer wants to learn the app's restoration policies and looks for this information from the help menu.

To get app information, the consumer taps the Help button.	The app displays the available information, and the consumer taps the Restoration Policies.	The app displays the restoration policy.
