This API is compatible with S60 3rd Edition FP2 compliant devices that
provide full or partial support for the API functionality. When only partial
support is available, for example when the device does not have an IrDA port,
the functionalities that depend on the missing features are not available.
In the case of missing IrDA port, the javax.microedition.io.Connector.open() would
throw java.io.IOException with Symbian error code -1
(KErrNotFound).
