On S60 devices
The bass and treble are implemented for the equalizer in the following way:
Setting the bass level affects 100% to the lowest band.
Setting the treble level affects 100% on the highest band, and 50% on the second highest band.
On Series 40 devices
EqualizerControl does not support any
other scope apart from LIVE_ONLY
