Products are connected to each other to create communication relations. There are four kinds of connection types:
One-way static connection: For communication from a sender product to a receiver product.
Two-way static connection: For communication between two products so that both products can act as senders and receivers.
Dynamic connection: For communication to and from all other environment’s products that are able to communicate with each other (i.e., support the same technologies) and that do not have any other connection. Dynamic connection is a default connection: it is on if there are no other connections.
A dynamic connection is a default connection: once you add a product to the environment, the product is connected dynamically. A dynamic connection is also returned when you remove all other connections from the product. Products can be connected only if they support the same technologies. If you try to create an inappropriate connection, this is indicated.
