Create Environment

Create a New Environment

When NCF starts, a new empty environment opens. You can afterwards create a new environment always by selecting File | New from the menu bar or the 'New environment' -icon from the tool bar.

Once you have created a new environment, the 'Current environment' -text field displays <untitled>. The text field presents a file path and environment name when the environment has been saved.

Open an Existing Environment

You may open an existing environment by selecting File | Open from the menu bar or the ‘Open environment’ –icon from the toolbar. In both cases a file system dialog opens, in which you can browse the environment that you want to open. Accept your selection by Open.

The five last used environments can be opened directly from the drop-down list.

The environment name and file path appear to the 'Current Environment' -text field and the environment (including products and connections), which has been saved, appears to the environment pane.
