In-app simulation user interface

The In-app simulation user interface will allow the developer to set the expected behavior for In-app purchase. The developer can simulate all the possible scenarios / use case which can encounter during the real use.

In-app simulation provides options for the developer to create, save and load application specific In-app settings.

In-app simulation settings are specific to application. So developer has to create new application settings whenever needed. Later while running the MIDlet to get the expected result, developer has to choose corresponding application from the list.

Steps to follow:

  1. Create application specific In-app simulation data.

  2. Enter the In-app simulation settings.

  3. From the UI, select the application which you want to test.

  4. From the emulator run the corresponding MIDlet which uses the In-app APIs.

In-app simulation provides “Application Details”, “Purchasable Items”, “Restore and Restorable Products” and “DRM Access, User and Device Data” user interface for simulating the In-app purchase.
