Configuring Eclipse for the SDK

Download the Eclipse IDE from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/. To configure Eclipse to recognize the SDK:

1. Run eclipse.exe application. The Eclipse application opens.

2. From the Window menu, click Preferences. The Preferences window appears.

3. On the Preferences window left pane, click Java ME menu to expand it.

4. Click Device Management from the sub menu. The Device Management view appears on the right pane.
   

5. Click Manual Installation. The Manual Device Installation window appears.

6. Browse to the installed SDK application and then select it.
   

7. Click Finish. The Device Management view appears with the selected SDK included.

8. To save the definitions, click OK.
