JAR file separation is done based on number of JSR supported and UEI specifications.
Each JSR JAR file contains manifest file, which has JSR specific properties. So that we can use those JSR specific properties as per our requirement. (See UEI specification for more details) On executing "emulator.exe -version” you will get exact list or superset list of JSRs supported by the SDK.
