PAN (Personal Area Networking) tab

The PAN (Personal Area Networking) tab provides option which are used for configuring the Bluetooth connections for the emulator. By setting these options you can enable Bluetooth connections to the emulator.

For configuring a Bluetooth connection:

Option field

Description

Bluetooth

Sets the used Bluetooth connectivity configuration.

COM: Physical com port used by the Bluetooth card. Sets the hci setting in the \Epoc32\Winscw\c\System\Data\bt.esk file.

HCI: Bluetooth stack (BCSP or H4)

Sets the protocol stack that the emulator uses to communicate with Bluetooth hardware. The default is the BCSP protocol stack.

The settings are activated after emulator restart.
