In this case, the S60 Customization tool creates XML input and invokes
DbCreator. The default file location for XML input is c:\data\dbcreator\VariantData.xml.
In case of XML input, all type of access point data are located in the same
input file. Thus, there is no need to specify which one is being imported.
There is no need to specify encoding, since it is also included in the XML
itself. Global settings are also read from the XML input. For XML parameters
