Detailed Description

This event is triggered when the availability of some bearer changes.

The connection ID passed in the event is a bearer specific connection ID (see TConnMonBearerId). The client must set KBearerAvailabilityThreshold to 1 to receive these events. Using this event for detecting changes in WLAN availability requires WLAN background scanning to be enabled.
