Inherits CConnMonEventBase.
The client must set KActivityTimeThreshold to receive these events. KActivityTimeThreshold defines the period (in seconds) for checking wether the connection is active or not. The minimum allowed value is 5 seconds. The connection is considered active, if data has been passed during the last period, otherwise it is considered inactive. The same information can be retrieved with TBool attribute KConnectionActive.
