Detailed Description

This event is triggered when IAP availability changes.

The connection ID passed in the event is the generic connection ID EBearerIdAll. The ID numbers of available IAPs are included in the event (see TConnMonIapInfo). The same information can be retrieved with packaged attribute KIapAvailability.
