Overview

Note: Modifying the MIDlet permissions and enabling traces would not be possible in this release of the SDK and so the corresponding tabs are disabled for this release. To know all the limitations in this release of the SDK, refer to Known issues and limitations Known issues section.

To manage MIDP provisioning and execution on Emulator, navigate to Tools > Preferences from the menu bar. The General tab is selected by default, click on the MIDP tab to set options that help you run MIDlets.

To access the MIDlet file provisioning and the MIDlet execution options on the MIDP tab, check Overrule default device behavior. The MIDlet SDK instance use options are disabled for this release of the SDK.
